I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Mark’s’ Auto Body! I brought my car in to have the paint on the lift gate repaired because the clear coat was peeling, and not only did they do an amazing job - they went above and beyond in every way. The paint looks flawless, and the work even came with a lifetime limited warranty, which gave me so much peace of mind. The biggest surprise was that they completely cleaned the inside of my car for free. It looks freshly detailed! It’s rare to find a place that truly exceeds expectations, but Marks’ Auto Body did exactly that. I was incredibly impressed with their workmanship, professionalism, and the extra care they put into everything. Highly recommend!

I visited Mark’s Autobody after I had an untimely collision with a deer right before Christmas. This shop was offered to me through State Farm. Right away it was clear that Mark’s Autobody is far and beyond the best option for Ford vehicles. In fact they were the only location offered that was fully certified in Ford repairs. The process was made as easy as possible for me and the staff was extremely kind throughout the process. I would recommend them for all vehicle services. The work done did take a little bit but that is only because of the amount of business they receive on a daily basis and the quality of work they do for their customers. My 10 year old vehicle came back to me looking completely brand new. 11/10 for this business.

I brought my vehicle to this collision paint company at the direction of my local Ford dealership to repair two small paint chips under a new car warranty. What should have been a simple, routine cosmetic repair instead resulted in more visible damage. I was told this would be a straightforward fix. Instead, one chip that originally had a small paint bump was left with no paint at all, exposing a white pinhole. The second chip was also poorly repaired, with incorrect color matching, making both areas stand out more than they did before the repair. When I raised these issues, the owner stated that the only way to correct the problem would be to paint the entire door, but also said that because this is a new paint color, they could not guarantee a color match and that the repair could look

From the initial call through the pickup the whole team at Mark's was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with! The repairs look amazing and I couldn't be happier with their service!
