Had a rough 1st of the month with hitting a deer and out of everyone I called, Mark was the only one to be able to get my car in right away. I'm out here for work with plans of going back home for the holiday and Mark did everything in his power to make that happen for me . Mark did an amazing job. Got the work done quick and fast. If I could I’d give him ten starts I would. If I have any damage in the future I’ll definitely be giving him a call. Such a kinda person and hard worker. I had no issues. Definitely will recommend him to others.

Cannot say enough good things about Mark and his staff. Originally my car was supposed to be fixed by Modern Collision but a major customer service snafu caused them to lose all my paperwork that they were given on 11/27 and thus I was unable to drop off on 1/2 so I literally called every body shop in Alamance Co to be told by everyone but Mark that the earliest my car could be scheduled was mid Feb or March. Mark had me text him my estimate and immediately after looking at it said to drop off 1/15. Dropped off 1/15 at Mark's Collision and picked up my car on 1/24. It did take a couple of days longer than the week Mark told me because he found more damage on my vehicle and had to contact my insurance but he handled that for me. He even washed, waxed, and treated my tires before
