The Marmin team was wonderful. Dillon helped me getting through a terrible experience dealing with my insurance company, to help me get a fair estimate of the damages and avoided my car being unfairly totaled. In the end they repaired my car quickly. I will recommend the to everyone I know in Manahttan who needs a reliable auto body shop.

I was really nervous about having to find an autobody in NYC after all the nightmares I’ve heard… but I called my mechanic and they suggested Marmin. Working with Gary and the Marmin team has been the best car experience I’ve ever had. Truly couldn’t recommend them enough. The turnaround was fast, the communication was great, the pricing was fair, and all around this was such a fantastic experience. Thank you to Gary and the entire team.

I do not recommend this body shop. My vehicle was brought here for accident repairs through my insurance company. The shop charged the insurance for parts and repairs that were not completed. After receiving my vehicle, I discovered that certain parts, including headlights, were not replaced despite being listed as completed. When I raised the issue, the shop refused to correct the repairs and claimed there was an agreement, which never happened. I would strongly advise anyone using this shop to carefully inspect their vehicle before accepting it back.

Had a really good experience with Marmin Auto Body. The team was professional, honest, and completed the work on time. Pricing was fair and the quality of work was excellent my car looked great after the repair. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable auto body shop in New York.
