I bought my 2024 Bronco here! I always make sure to ask for Mallory when I call. She’s my go to girl because Mallory is always extremely professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Mallory has been more than helpful with booking my service appointments even though she is in sales. I was really struggling with figuring out my ford pass app, without hesitation she walked me through the steps effortlessly. Now the ford pass is my favorite app on my phone! Hands down a valuable employee of Marshall!

I finally was able to buy the car I’ve always wanted! I did a quick search online for what I was looking for and the vehicle came up at Marshall Ford. I called and it was still available. I was able to go in and get everything processed and out the door in 2 hours! Of course I had all the info I know they would need for my loan. But I was able to walk in and tell them the monthly payment I was comfortable with and what I had to put down and they made it work. I test drove the car; when I came back they were ready to take care of my paperwork. I want to give a huge shoutout to Jason Harvey and the Marshall Ford group! This was the easiest and best experience my wife and I have ever had with a dealership! My wife fell in love with a van they had on the lot, Jason and Cameron the service manager made the deal seamless for the sale to the finance to inspecting the van to insure it was in tip top shape and ready to go. Marshall Ford was a blessing for us! We had a recall on our 2020 F150, took it in for service which was fast and done efficiently, however while we were there we decided to upgrade to an SUV, we found one that we absolutely loved and made contact with Mallory and she had us in it within the next day. The process was quick, Mallory was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Since then we have had a few questions and always get a quick response. 10/10 recommend Marshall Ford to all of my friends and family.
