Marshall Motors

Marshall Motors has been my mechanic for the years that I have owned Lexus automobiles. They are the top of the line, knowledgeable and skillful. I just bought a used Lexus and relied on them to give it the once over before I put my money down. Thom Marshall has been doing this for a long time, and he knows what he is doing.

It is indeed a rarity to find an automobile repair shop that excels in honesty, technical expertise as well as a willingness to go far above and beyond the normal scope of customer service. I have found such an organization in Marshall Motors. I was visiting from Austin for a short period of time. Sadly, my “cherry” 1995 BMW 525i would not start one morning. I was referred by another shop to speak with Mark, the Service Manager at Marshall Motors. From the moment I spoke with Mark on the phone, I could tell that this place was special as he patiently listened to all of my concerns. As soon as I purchased my 1991 S-Class I started searching for a good local mechanic. I found Marshall Motors and figured I'd try them out. First thing I did was get a full inspection of the vehicle. I was very pleased with the fact that they provided me a complete and detailed document of all their findings so that I could plan out my visits or even do some things myself. So far they've been able to do any repair or maintenance I've needed quickly and for what I consider to be a fair price. I'm very happy with everything. Their expertise in these older cars makes troubleshooting with them very easy. I can't express enough appreciation to January for her help and up front honesty. They took my car in quickly and had me answers before the end of the day. It did take two days to get all the repairs done, but its never run or driven better. I give them 5 stars for their friendliness and honesty.
