THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. me and my family have had NONSTOP problems with these people, they don’t know how to get people in on time or do what they are told to do. they left their trash in my vehicle. got my windshield replaced and they ripped my inspection sticker off and told me that they was not gonna put it back on and was trying to make me pay for a new inspection when mine wasn’t due again till september and then i told them i needed a alignment for my tires and when i picked it up he said “yeah it does need one”???? duh we told you to do one bc we knew it needed one. there is multiple other mess ups with these people but all that was just this last and final time we do business with that terrible place of business.

Always friendly and attentive! Took the time to show me what kind of shape the tires and brakes were in! Brandon, Amber and Dennis are very efficient at what they do!

Would not have them fix my car if it blew up in front of the shop. I even got restricted number phone calls by them with yelling and screaming and a voicemail from the other. Accused of lying after waiting 3 months for nothing. I noticed all the reviews are from men, maybe they just have issues with women. Anyway.. found a great shop elsewhere and the car was fixed in one day .

Can’t say enough good about the service and work provided at Marshall’s in Dugspur. Brandon and Amber are both great and down to earth people that you can trust.

Best place to get an inspection, they were helpful and helped me remove windshield tint from my car that was purchased in NC where the tint is legal.
