Highly recommend. I found Martin recommended through Reddit and glad I did. He's incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and goes above and beyond to explain anything to you. They don't recommend anything you don't need. His mother runs the front desk and is super friendly. Good vibes and good care. Especially recommend for women who might be nervous/intimidated getting their car serviced (me!) Will be bringing my car here indefinitely.

I recommend this shop to ANYONE. These people are honest, hard-working, transparent, and so friendly! Martin Auto's work is VERY fairly priced and done quickly and correctly. Both times that I took my car in I got it back the same day good as new! What I especially loved my first time taking my car in was how Paul showed me exactly what part was bad, showed me exactly where the new part went, and told me why it needed replacing. It really felt like he cared that I know exactly what was being done to my car and why-- unlike most auto shops! He even showed me my brakes (they were like <1mm from too far gone) but did not pressure me to have them replaced right away. I've been searching for a good mechanic for years and I've finally found one. Very friendly staff. Large clean waiting area. And a Shop dog! Prices were fair and they even helped with some issues at no cost. Ill definitely be coming back

Wow! Talk about fast service! My older brother recommended Martin after getting great service from them. I had a couple issues that had been stressing me out, as I rely on my Honda Civic for work. They got me in Monday morning and I was able to pick my car up Tuesday mid-afternoon. Definitely one of the best auto shop experiences I’ve had in recent memory. Plus, they’ve got two awesome dogs at the shop, as well!

Can’t recommend this place enough. I found this place on accident when the owner helped a friend that broke down nearby. I’ve always had anxiety bringing my cars to mechanics but Martin Automotive takes all of that stress away. Everybody there is extremely friendly and the pups roaming around certainly help. They are quick and fixed a hard to diagnose issue with ease. I wish all mechanics could be like this. They are happy to explain any issues in detail and even show parts they replaced. Martin does things right. If you live near the Indianapolis or surrounding areas, this should be your mechanic.
