Martin Hand Car Wash

I’ve used this car wash before and it was great the last time, but today was entirely different. Overnight, local birds made a mess of my car right after I had cleaned it myself yesterday, so I decided to bring it in to get cleaned. After taking it to this car wash, I gave it a look over once I was home and noticed some missed spots. While inspecting, noticed extensive new scratches to the vehicle and even chips. None of these were present prior to me going in and I don’t plan to return. I choose the car washes that go by hand to avoid the risk of scratches.

An extra $10 for vacuuming what a rip off, stay away! I cannot believe this car wash to wash your car is $11 which is fantastic but if they vacuum your car, it jumps up to $20. Not only is the cashier, but the manager is also rude and he wanted to fight with me when I bought up the absurd charge of an extra $10 to vacuum a little smart car. He insisted on me calling the police, and he was berating and screaming at me in the place. I will never go there again. The service is not very good and they leave the car dirty on top of trying to charge me an extra $10 for vacuuming.. This place is a rip off. I would definitely stay away from this place.

This are more worried about moving cars vs. doing a better job on cleaning. I requested the top package “unlimited” and the cashier said we can’t do that because we don’t have time. I should’ve went to a cheaper car wash, maybe they would’ve done a better job! Very disappointed!

Good car wash with good prices. Only one in the area. Just be patience on line and remember to tip.

Save your coins and don’t go here because not only will they not properly clean your car, but the girl that cashes you out will act dumb and automatically charge you extra for having an SUV. I paid extra and have a gran coupe, on top of it already being pricey it’s just not worth it at all so unimpressed also paid extra for armor oil and my tires were still dirty sooooo no thank you
