Derek did a great job on our Chrysler Pacifica. He tried everything, bought a piece of equipment to diagnose better, worked many hours, and finally took it to a neighboring shop to get their eyes on the problem. With their combined efforts they finally pinpointed the problem as a very unusual wire harness problem. After replacing the wire harness and charging us only a fraction of all the hours spent on the job, our minivan runs like a charm. Derek replaced my timing belt and water pump and changed my brakes and rotors on my 2007 Honda Ridgeline on separate occasions.
