I stopped by just before closing yesterday and missed the opportunity to purchase a much needed set of tires. However, the manager on duty set me up to come in at 7:00am the next day. When I arrived, a staff member was on time and immediately got to work. Four beautiful, affordable, high quality brand new tires later, I was back in the saddle riding in style again. The customer service was more than outstanding, and I have no doubt, that I am just another one of Martin Tire Companies, 100% satisfied customers. Coach Eric

Jonathan and Steven at the Martin tire location in Las Cruces New Mexico are very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Had rotors brakes, brake fluid flush and full synthetic oil change and so far so good no issues. Thanks guys. I spoke too soon. On the trip from Las Cruces over to Alamogordo there was an ungodly noise coming from the undercarriage of my vehicle. At first I imagine the worst that a rotor was faulty or my brake pads that were just put on were defective or that the brake fluid that they flushed had way too much air in the line or is it the oil that they had changed wasn't properly filled. Editing to improve to 5 stars because Jonathan called & made things right. I have had this location work on my car & truck multiple times because they are one of the few shops that does not talk down to me because I am a female. Jonathan did the brakes & rotors on my sonata 02/14 & did a great job. Not forcing me to do stuff that was not needed and spoke to me prior to doing all work. Some of the techs need work on communication.

These guys really were very honest about the work needing to be done to my vehicle. They didn’t BS me or give me the runaround. They explained the issue and what could and needs to be fixed. Steven, ( service manager) was also really great and took care of me. Offered a really great price compared to other shops I had been to and received estimates from. I’ll be repeating my business at Martin.

Jonathan and his staff are great. Helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. It’s awesome to do business with an organization that truly knows who are when you call. I will continue to bring my vehicles to them. Getting ready to add my daughter’s car.
