I brought my car to Martinez Body Shop after an accident and paid for professional repairs. On the surface, the car looked fine when I picked it up on March 24, 2025, but a later inspection proved the work was unsafe and fraudulent. After another accident on May 29, 2025, Caliber Collision inspected my vehicle and found shocking shortcuts: a glued headlamp, upper support held with sheet metal screws, a smashed radar zip-tied in place, and a broken radiator support left unrepaired. When confronted, the shop told me I “should have been aware” of these internal issues—something no customer could see. I took in my 95 Ford F-150 to get some custom work done. What can I say, the attention to detail was superb. They really exceeded my expectations expectations. Juan and his crew did a great job I get compliments on the truck everywhere I go. I been going here for years and will continue to do so, definitely recommend!
