I had an absolutely awful experience at Martinez Tire Shop. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in actually helping me. Instead of explaining options or giving honest advice, they immediately tried to push a sale with zero transparency. As a woman coming in alone, I felt blatantly taken advantage of. I was not taken seriously, not educated about my choices, and not given fair or clear pricing. The entire interaction felt manipulative and predatory—pressure tactics over professionalism. There was no customer service, no respect, and no attempt to build trust—just aggressive upselling and a condescending attitude. I left feeling uncomfortable, frustrated, and angry that this kind of behavior is still tolerated. I do not recommend this shop at

Worst tire shop I ever been to. They only accept cash and they were closed on a Thursday at 2pm which is super inconvenient. Do not come here!!!

Please avoid this place; my experience there was quite disappointing. The person I spoke with claimed all four tires were bad, but in reality, only one was. He insisted on cash only and demanded $600 for four tires, or nothing. It felt dishonest and frustrating. try Mr. Hernandez down the street
