I took my car in for an oil change and Martinez Auto went above and beyond! They also went ahead and fixed some things that I needed done to my car. The service and people were wonderful and everyone should check them out!

We gotten a transmission and a new engine from them and everything has been running smoothly. Great customer service definitely recommend.

I called these people to confirm they had the part I needed so I could pay and have it picked up because I needed the part asap and was told they would have someone check it out and give me a call back so they could make sure it was “the right part for my vehicle” Didn’t get a call back so had to call again to see if it was the right part and they told me it was. Paid for the part over the phone, picked it up a few hours later and tried to put it on my vehicle and turns out they gave me a part to a 2.0 focus and not a 2.3 like I had told them in the beginning before paying anything. And I can’t even get a refund. Just have to take the loss.. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS”

The staff is very knowledgeable but, lacks in customer service. Took my vehicle took almost 2 days for them to start looking at my vehicle, once everything was done the price was a little high but decent. My car broke down the next day and they charged me to haul my vehicle and look it over, even though it was their wrong doing.

Had my truck fix several years back the window regulator went out so had to pull door panel off they Frankensteined a door to fit my window regulator plus they never clear coated the spot they fixed will never use them again shoty work and paid cash not a respectful business
