Excellent place! These guys saved us. Our front axle gave out whilst on the way to Arizona so I had the tow truck drop us here on a Saturday night. They opened up on the Saturday evening to put the car inside, they started working Sunday morning and found a new part and had the new axle installed within a few hours for a reasonable price. Can’t fault it 5 stars all the way. Update - still going strong a year later.

Super grateful for Jeff at Martinez's Auto Repair! While on a road trip from out of state, our car started having issues right as most shops were closing. Jeff squeezed us in the same day, even though he was already super busy. He was patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. Even showed us exactly what was wrong so we could understand. Thanks to him, we got back on the road feeling safe about the drive ahead. Thank you, Jeff!!

We had just moved to the valley and my vans engine stopped rolling over. I thought it was the battery so my husband dropped a new one in and it still didn’t work. Being new to the valley, we went on google to fine a mechanic that was highly rated. Martinez auto repair had by far the highest customer ratings, so we gave them a try and they did not disappoint! At first when I rolled up, I wasn’t sure I was at the right place. I was greeted kindly and soon Jeff was able to come out and take a look at my van. Turns out that the starter was faulty. Jeff was fantastic about taking pictures of what they were doing and the quality parts they were using, keeping me in the loop throughout the day via text message! They seemed nice and knowledgeable at first but after the first two hours of waiting and being told, "15 more minutes", we started getting tired of waiting. Once the guy finally got back from lunch to scan the car it went downhill from there. He didn't seem to know how to use it so he grabbed the manual, then hd started mentioning things that didn't have a problem (found this out from a mechanic in Az). We ended up being there for over 4 hours and all they did was hook the scanner to the car and charge us $80. Beware of all the 5 star reviews. There was another man there that was told if he brought in his alternator it would only be about 15 - 30 minutes for them to put in the new alternator. He ended being there longer than us, he was still there when we left.
