After a couple weeks of driving the truck I bought from them I found out the batteries were dying, I gave them a call and they got them replaced at no cost to me the same day! Just over a year ago I made the four hour drive with a friend from Richmond, VA to New Holland to Martin's to buy a truck I had only seen online and via pictures and video messages their salesman sent me. To say I was nervous about going that far to buy a $28k truck from a dealer I had very little info on us an understatement. Was interested in a particular vehicle and they got in contact with me quickly. Let me know over a week later after initial contact that the vehicle was still there after a deal fell through with another customer and asked if I was still interested which I was. That's good communication without being overbearing or spamming you.

I purchased a used truck here. It was a good experience with knowledgeable staff. They can do all the paperwork there. The truck was very clean and they had completely gone over it making sure everything works before they sell it.
