Martin's Automotive Repair & Maintenance

Went in today for a front end alignment which was flawless. When it came time to pay there was a discrepancy between what I was told on the phone and what I was going to be charged. Fortunately I have my calls recorded and one they heard the offer they honored it. Very thankful for them, and they did an excellent job on the vehicle. Allin was very friendly and attentive to my needs.

I called around noon on a Thursday. I was 10 min away and asked if they could do a state inspection. They said cmon in. I waited maybe 20 min and they were done. I had my 3 month old with me and they were so kind asking if I needed anything while I waited. I’ll be back next week to get my 2nd vehicle inspected here. They do any work from what I saw—tires, brakes, transmission , alignment, oil changes, PM service, etc— everything except body work. Will use them for anything I can’t do.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I took my truck to Kwik Kar for maintenance, and after replacing the coil packs and spark plugs, they told me the head gasket was blown. I decided to get a second opinion at Martin’s, and they discovered that the issue was actually faulty parts installed by Kwik Kar — plus a few other minor repairs. Thanks to Martin’s, my engine was fine, and the repairs cost far less than a full engine replacement. Honest, thorough, and highly professional service — I’ll be coming back for all future maintenance!

I dropped a truck off for an alignment and Nancy got me right in even though they were very busy. She made me feel welcome and was very sweet. She took the time to walk me out when i dropped off my vehicle and when i picked it up, always with a smile on her face. I believe whoever is working the front desk gets busier than most and she did a great job from start to finish! Thank you so much Nancy! I will definitely be using yall again! From one Auto mechanic shop to another, we appreciate your hard work!

Martin's Automotive is a trustworthy up front auto maintenance. Great people that are easy to talk to and respond quickly when questions are asked. Have used them for multiple visits on both of my trucks. Will recommend with to anyone the asks. Great shop with great people that take pride in their work.
