I purchased new 2023 Jeep Hybrid in 2024 from this group because I figured small town vibes amd probably a lot better service amd care over the course of my lease… It has had electrical problems/slight bugs from the start, nagging ones but now at times it’s a “brick”… The vehicle needs to be towed to them now and they can have it for two weeks to look at. However…, they are going to charge me to have it towed to their facility or I can call the road side for free… They sold me an electric hybrid that can’t use electric mode or hybrid, the automatic start won’t work, fobs to recognize to the vehicle and set the alarm off each time I lock it The service dept manager is inept, talks over you and has no concept of customer service or making someone whole about something they wish they never b

I've purchased 4 vehicles here in the last 25 years and each experience was great. I have our vehicles serviced here and they don't charge more than an independent shop but you get technicians that are specifically trained on Dodge, Chrysler and jeep vehicles.

I had a fantastic experience with the service department. They performed an oil change on my TRX in under an hour and honored a coupon listed on their website.

I drove up from SC on Thursday to visit with friends and family. The next morning my battery died in my 2022 RAM 1500 and while picking up a replacement battery at NAPA, I noticed RAM dealer across the street. I replaced my battery and a check engine warning light was on. Drove back to the RAM service department and asked if it was possible to check it for me. Wanted to make sure everything was OK for our 800 mile trip back on Sunday. He said sure pull it in - read codes and told me everything was fine. Asked what I owed for the time and reply was “Nothing. Have a great trip!” Reminded me of the “old days” when a smile and a friendly handshake sealed the deal. Great service from great people.
