Extremely helpful. Was able to get me in quick, turnaround time was 20% of other estimates, cleaned my car when I had left it a mess, were very communicative about what was happening when, and gave me a ride to and from the shop. Would definitely return.

The customer service here is great! They kept us updated with frequent videos showing the damage they found from the accident and explained the repairs needed. It looks better than it did before the accident. I would highly recommend them for any body work you might need.

My car was completely trashed after encountering a blow out tire on the highway including the front and back bumper along with headlights amongst other things. I communicated the need to have my car back in a timely manner. They had a ready within 2 weeks in a much better shape then when I left it. They communicated effectively with me throughout it and sent me frequent updates. Super happy and satisfied with their service.

Don't get me wrong, they do great work and they care about doing it right, but the time frames are ridiculous. Whatever you're planning, add two weeks to it. The communication was subpar. I was constantly reaching out when communicated time lines were not met, rather than then reaching out to inform me of delays. They responded quickly, but it is still not my job to reach out as the customer. Lastly, insurance paid out a few things that were not repaired. They contacted me and asked me when I was coming to get the check. I made an appointment to come get it, but had to cancel. I came in the next day after advising them what happened and when I would be in next. I get there to be told that no one actually printed the check and there is no one there that can sign it. Thiago and Larissa were excellent to work with. Their integrity and concern for us as customers was incredible. We chose not to use insurance, and they treated us with respect, not like a number.
