Martin's Pro Auto

We’re New Yorkers on a Midwest road trip, and early one morning our GPS took us down a really muddy back road in Kansas. By the time we realized how bad it was, it was too late — we were completely stuck. We started calling around for towing help, but most places either didn’t answer or couldn’t get to us for hours (and the quotes weren’t great either). Then we found Martin’s Pro Auto, and they were a lifesaver. From the moment we called to the time we were pulled out was maybe 45 minutes total. Cody came out to help and was awesome — super quick, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. Cody and his team are great. We pulled into Ellsworth with an ailing truck after the 24/25 winter holidays, and limped the vehicle into Martin's Pro Auto. Cody and Donna made sure we got to a restaurant and helped find us a rental, while the vehicle had to stay behind for major repairs.

We were on a 12 hour drive home from Atchison KS to NM when a warning light came on in the car saying we had low tire pressure. We were just passing through Ellsworth KS when it happened and we found Martin’s Pro Auto on google. I wish I had gotten the man’s name who looked at our tire. He was so friendly and helpful and spent a good amount of time trying to find the problem. He would not accept payment for his time but just wished us well. We got home safely and sure enough there was nothing wrong with the tire. Maybe there was something wrong with the sensor. Anyways, a huge Thank You to the man who helped us!

You'll probably agree that it's difficult to find a trustworthy and reliable mechanic. Martin's Pro Auto is a great repair shop. Cody and the crew are hard working and go the extra mile to take care of their customers' automotive needs. Good people are what make small towns great. I broke down on the side of the road just outside of Ellsworth on my way to Texas. My roadside assistance could not find a tow truck anywhere, but Cody from Martin's was able to come get my truck and take care of everything for me to get me back on the road. They were fair, honest, and everything else I would ask for in a mechanic. Great people, great service, great shop.
