Martinsburg Service Center

I’ve been to Martinsburg service center twice and both times have been just such a positive experience. Firstly can we talk about the car service?!? I mean not having to pay for an additional expense or miss a day of work sitting around! Then when it was done they came and got me so I didn’t have to add and extra step to my evening with my family! Truly a blessing. The rest of the experience was just as good went for a complete and total work up on everything. They were fair, quick, considerate and notified me regarding the one minor thing they found (a bulb out). Just really great service all around! We’ve had consistently great experiences with this shop. Everyone is very kind, knowledgeable, and transparent about what’s actually going on with the car. My wife was told by AutoZone that her alternator was bad after a battery replacement, but we brought it here for a second opinion and they confirmed the alternator was perfectly fine, which saved us a lot of time and money. I’ve also had spark plugs and ignition coils replaced, along with an oil change and transmission flush, and they were able to get me in quickly and take care of everything without hassle. We trust them and will absolutely keep using them for future service.

I've heard great things about Martinsburg Service Center and was able to experience that for myself today. The service was fantastic and the analysis and work on my car was professional, above board and excellent. The cost for the services is completely in line with other vehicle service centers. I went in for a state inspection that took over an hour, because the workers tried gluing my key back together after they broke it and the worker admitted to breaking it... I was called up and told my vehicle had passed inspection. I paid the fee and as the service rep was handing me my keys, he says, "oh by the way...we broke your key fob", and hands it back to me. I inspect it. Sure enough, they broke it. No big deal. I asked if they wanted to split the cost for a new one since they broke it. Josh, the "GM" refused to make a deal. He said it was already broke, but he wouldn't know, he wasn't the one that handled my keys or did the inspection. I asked who completed my inspection and all of a sudden he has amnesia. Outstanding business!! Got an appointment, discussed what I needed fixed and they were ahead of schedule and got me fixed sooner that I thought. Great communication. Very professional firm.
