Called then got a quote told them to come on he kept in communication up until arrival pinched my truck out price was lower then quote then got stuck again and he turned around got me completely unstuck no charge.. nice guy will call them any time I have a problem in Mississippi. Thank you Marty's towing all are awesome
Couldn't fix a simple air leak all day long. Didn't answer the phone. Offered to tow it to Love's. Love's replaced the 3-in-1 hose right away. Wasted a day and $3,000 on two tows. After we left a review, they threatened my staff with lawyers as well.
Avoid this company unless you just need to change a light bulb. They held our truck for almost a day, trying to find a simple transmission air leak, couldn't find anything, had to tow truck to Loves, they fixed it in an hour. Shame on the owner of this company, charged me $3000 for towing, for about 60 miles. Is this normal, not doing the job and ripping people off, total shame and bad choice of employees!!!
