I recently had to repair my truck and rent a vehicle through Hertz, which is also located at Marvin K. Brown Auto Center. Unfortunately, the service advisor did not communicate repair updates effectively, either to me or to Hertz. Even after my warranty was approved to cover the rental car, Hertz continued charging me due to this lack of coordination. Additionally, the rental vehicle I received from Hertz developed battery issues after only four days of use. As a result, I was unable to use the car for the full duration promised and had to arrange for it to be towed back.
