I had my F-150 2019 repaired here a month ago. I gave them my expectations for my truck as brand new due to the truck is garage kept and low miles. I got back a truck with a short bumper wth 3/4" gaps where before there were no gaps and a wrong tow hook cover. I asked why and they said they used aftermarket parts. I explained this was not as new presentation and not up to expectations. They blaimed it on the insurance company due to lack of communication that they were using after market parts. It was B work at best.
Extremely professional from start to finish. They made my vehicle look showroom ready again, the repair and paint are absolutely flawless. I opted into OEM parts which I am very happy with, and they provided me with daily updates throughout the process. They even returned my rental car for me. Spotless clean, perfect repairs, and an overall professional experience. Couldn’t have asked for better service. I would HIGHLY recommend!
This place is amazing! I live an hour and a half from this location and I would never take my vehicle anywhere else. When you call them, they are polite, professional, and accommodating. Amanda greets you as if you are an old friend. Josh literally stopped what he was doing to fix my issue when I stopped in with no appointment. Their customer service is superior at a time when people are finding it difficult to just be nice to each other. Josh reassured me that I would be pleased with the paint job on my vehicle and he did not disappoint. Maryland Collision Center and it's staff are a 10 out of 10 for me!
Had an amazing experience working with this location after my car was involved in an accident. The team particularly John ensured an entirely smooth process from start to finish. It was stress free and I am very satisfied with the repair/replacement of my car door. The communication was top notch and the turnaround time worked well too. I highly recommend this repair center.
Extremely pleased with my experience at Maryland Collision Center. Everything went smoothly. Was also pleased that the cost was lower than the estimate because they didn't need to do a certain service on the vehicle. Appreciate that honesty.
