Took my Jeep in for a flat. They impact wrenched the lug nuts on and twisted the chrome cap off one. Didn't tell me. Noticed it when I got home. Broke 3 sockets trying to get it off. Took it back for them to get off. They broke 2 sockets and finally hammered one on to get it off. Had to buy 5 new lug nuts which they reimbursed me for but when I told him that they needed to start torqueing them he said most people like them tight. My granddaughter took her car in for a flat today and they did the same thing to hers. Broke another socket trying to get them loose so I could torque them. If you were to have a flat on the side of the road, you'd never get them off unless you had a 4 way.
They were very welcoming and quick to get my tire fixed. Even help me put my spare tire back under my truck. Very good people. Thank you again
I had a flat and they came to my location. Took off my tire. Took it back to their office, fixed it. Then returned it in about an hour. All this on a Friday evening! Great guys!
On a weekend road trip, and middle of nowhere my tire lost some air, the young man that works here helped me out and aired up my tires for me no problem!
Had a blowout and they came and replaced my tire. Reasonable price and extremely kind.
