Marysville touchless car wash

I’m honestly shocked at how bad this car wash was. I paid $10 for their cheapest plan, which lasted all of about a minute and a half. Not only was it ridiculously short, but my car somehow came out dirtier than when it went in. I don’t know what kind of water they’re using, but it looked like they sprayed my car with something murky instead of actually cleaning it. The whole point of a touchless wash is to avoid scratches while still getting a decent clean—this one didn’t even make the effort. Dust, streaks, and water spots were all over the car afterwards. Horrible. My car is still dirty. It just squirted fluid all over no brushes to clean. I went in the store and asked for a token or something to go through again but before I could get out what I was going to say she said we don't give refunds for car washes then I started to leave she's says do you have a receipt I said no. It's actually on my phone. I've been going here for 20 years or so but will not again. I was blown away by the horrible customer service over a 13 dollar car wash. Anyway this was today November 28 2025. Thanks.

Waist of money - cold water - no soap - Suv came out dirty- dryer didn’t go around car. Paid $15 for deluxe with Rainx did not see any results of Rainx. This place should be closed down. We had used one in Flagstaff that was touchless and the same suv came out super clean.
