I recently purchased a car from this dealership and couldn’t be happier with the experience. It all started from a phone call with Rashidi who spoke with my friend that knew a lot more about cars then I did to the moment we walked in. The staff was welcoming, and Rashidi the person who took care of us was very knowledgeable, never pushy and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. The great service proceeded with the finance person Anthony as well. Truly outstanding team, and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth and positive car buying experience.

Fantastic customer service experience with the service department. My service advisor Andrew Datuin was phenomenal in getting my needs met. We purchased a 2021 Ghibli last May and I needed to bring it in for a check engine light issue. The car was picked up at my home and return to me with all the repairs and more completed. I want to share my experience with Maserati Bergen County. My uncle Jose Luis and I saw a 2017 Cadillac XTS on their website. We were a bit scare of showing up to a luxury car but we were not aware that they had used cars in stock. Ed Carter was assigned to us and did a great job keeping his word. We had a few concerns on the car that we pointed out. Ed promised that our concerns were going to be taken care of under ta PDSI fee that was being charged on the sale. I went in to see a car listed for $80,000 and had a very disappointing experience. First off, I wasn’t even allowed to test drive the vehicle, which is shocking considering the price point. For a car in that range, you would expect a much more professional and customer-focused process. The dealership was extremely unorganized. After requesting a detailed price breakdown multiple times, they never provided a proper printed breakdown. Instead, they kept writing numbers on a piece of paper with a marker, which felt very unprofessional and sketchy. It honestly felt like one of those stereotype dealerships you see on TikTok.
