Mason Hand Car Wash

This placed was recommended to me so I visited on the weekend and purchased a Supreme Wash which is one up from the Standard. My intentions was to try them out & come back for a full detail depending on how well they handled a regular wash. Well… I felt like it wasn’t going to go well as soon as I seen them cleaning cars in the darkest part of the shade. My car was not vacuumed, the dash was not wiped, my backseat mirrors were not wiped inside, my rear mirror was not wiped inside. Ive had full service at other establishments and I’m never returning here bc I was still confused as to what a Supreme service was if my windows weren’t wiped, my dash console not wiped and my windows don’t get wiped inside and out. No fragrance, just partially clean rims and a wiped down exterior.

Worst carwash ever. All they care about is taking your money while providing the worst service. The guy decided to charge me an extra 15 dollars on top of the 45 I paid, saying my car was too dirty just because my toddler dropped some potato chips on the floor board. 60 dollars for a shitty job. My leather seats were left dirty. I will definitely dispute the charge

Paid for interior & exterior wash - Premium. We feel we did not receive what was paid for. We brought 2 vehicles, and it was the same experience for both - an incomplete and sloppy job. Please take my advice and take your vehicles somewhere else to get a hand wash. All 4 rims looked like this when I picked it up after it was “done”. This job did not feel thorough and I hope the owner/manager is aware of the quality they are delivering to their customers.

Did not do a good job. I paid for the next step up from the cheapest for $27 and it looks like nothing was done. I really emphasized needing it to be sprayed and wiped down and vacuumed and it looks like nothing was done to it, except they did clean the cupholders as requested. I could've done a way better job myself at the coin wash for $5.

Highly displeased with the services I received, I purchase a supreme car wash, I explain to the men that my main concern was getting the dirt off my front end. Half clean my car and didn’t any dirt off the front end. I also showed him it comes off it’s just dirt! He wanted to charge me extra to use a brush instead of a rag, but why am I paying extra if I already paying for a supreme wash, why are you using rags to clean the car instead of brush? I pulled down the street to the gas station took my disinfectant wipes out & got the dirt off! I won’t be returning to this car wash so if you have dirt on your car this isn’t a car wash for you they will do a half job! My car is still dirty in the front end, windows, and inside, and I paid for a supreme wash! When I asked the person who gave my ke
