Mass Inspection

I highly do NOT recommend this place for inspection or car repair! I went there for inspection and I was told one of the tire is loose and the tech advised me to come back to tight it. Did not disclose the amount that I will be charged and in the end he charge me $271 for inspection and for the tire. If I knew in advance a piece was broken I would order myself for much cheaper than $160 and he did no show a receipt or a proof that it did cost this much. Everywhere that I know, the auto body shop calls you and tells you how much it will cost the work and the part, but not this one. You’ll get surprised. I do NOT recommend if you of course do not want be tricked by people like this. Honesty and integrity would have been much appreciated.

I have recently moved back to my home town of Dedham after living in NJ for 12 years. I had just registered my car in MA and, based on Google reviews, went to them for my required vehicle inspection and to put my new plates on. They were extremely courteous, letting me know that I would probably have to wait for 30 minutes because they were working on another vehicle. But while I was waiting, they removed the NJ plates and put on my MA plates to use time efficiently. My wait was no where near 30 minutes- which was great. In addition, they are a “full service” Exxon station. This makes my life easier because I am suffering from the long term affects of a broken shoulder and have a lot of difficulty pumping gas myself. And, as long as you pay cash, the cost of a gallon of gas is equivalent

Upfront and on time with inspection wait estimate. No hassle, got me in and out with a few cars ahead of me faster than I expected. Professional employees.
