Came in at 9 AM on Sunday. The gentleman that inspected my car was a professional with over 30 years of experience. I am excited that we still have places like this around Massachusetts who value customer service.
Showed up at 8:27am but the location was closed even though their listed hours (both online and in-person) were 8am-5pm. Would recommend you avoid this location for your car inspections.
An honest and trustworthy operation, no funny stuff. I will be going again next year!
I went there recently and had a very good experience. The person was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated it because getting a sticker is stressful enough but he made it very easy.Thanks again
This is where I come to get my inspection all the time. Always great people working and they always do a great job. Last year first time I went was when all the computers were down because of a glitch then the following week was inspector calling in sick but someone was OTW. When he arrived was just a great person to deal with. Highly recommend the spot.
