I had my first ever accident in 40 years. I was referred by State farm to Massapequa Auto Body shop to have my car repaired. First impression was a warm and friendly welcome. They were extremely professional and efficient in taking care of my rental and getting me started in this process, which was especially helpful since it was my first time. Due to the damage my car was kept for over a month, they kept me notified of the process throughout the time. However, it was Sooo worth the wait!! My car car was like brand new when returned to me. You will be happy with their service. Don't be impatient you will definitely love the result and fall in love with your car again. Great team all around.

I’m a selling dealer. Brought a car there for a pre purchase inspection the told customer it needed 3k worth of work. Tires, shocks and brakes. Tires are like new and shocks are in good condition. Non are leaking. Photos added

Not only did they do a fantastic job repairing my car, but they finished the repair wayyyy before the estimated completion date! In addition, the entire staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. They took the initiative and submitted a form to my insurance company for me! I definitely will be back at this auto shop when my car needs fixing.
