Massey has been a great staple in all of our car repairs—the owners are trustworthy and the front desk guys are super easy to work with. They are knowledgeable without being pushy. 10/10 would recommend and do! Al is the best! Always helpful in advising.

After having multiple bad experiences with other shops, Massey was a breath of fresh air. Amazing customer service. Ethan was very kind and thorough, and prices are very reasonable. You can tell they truly care. I live 45 mins away, and it was well worth the drive. I’ll definitely be back :)

Don’t choose massey automotive Ethan Is all about Sales he gave me the run around just to tell me I can’t be a customer anymore I wouldn’t recommend not after spending $4000 with this shop Update: You can say what you say regarding all good google reviews but the proof is in the pudding your shop did a shitty job 2 months after your shop replaced my Value Cover gasket it’s leaking again & Ethan wants to blame it on the part once again all he does is find excuses maybe this shop is for a certain color & it’s certainly not mines you can’t charge $4000 dollars just to put car back in shop 2 months later to replace the same thing I’d advise anyone to stay away from the family owned shops Aamco is who u want to choose they are corporated & certainly more professional than Ethan & this owner. Once again a great experience getting my car serviced at Massey Auto. If you wait at the shop they thoughtfully remodeled their waiting area with a contemporary cubicle design, and their Keurig coffee selection is spot on!! As far as the service, the work was completed well AND in less time than projected AND they honored an expired gift card. Well worth trying if you are looking for a mechanic!

I had my oil changed here and let them know my car has other existing issues. They provided great and quick service at an affordable price. They let me know my vehicle is on its last leg, but didn’t pressure me to get unnecessary repairs or add-ons. Just honest and straightforward advice.
