This was the first service for my T-6. My service advisor had everything ready when I arrived. The waiting lounge is comfortable, there are work stations if you are so inclined, Otherwise bottled water and free snacks are put out. There is a vending area if you don’t care for their selection. Once the car is finiched your service advisor sends you a message with a description of what is being done and how much it will cost. He also makes suggestions on items needing future attention. I also like it if any extra work needs to be done they get your permission before completing it. That way you don’t walk to the desk. It’s time to go and be hit with a surprise bill. Overall, I have a very pleasant experience at the fancy, this is not my first Cadillac CT 5V and was very happy with the service
You would think that being an "upscale" brand, that this dealership would treat you better then others. That is completely wrong. Everyone that works there is obviously miserable. They are rude, never a smile and treat you like you are an annoyance. I have taken our cars in multiple times and get the same negative attitudes. The last time I took it in, I picked it up with the exact same issue. When the guy handed me the key, I could already hear the problem. I mentioned this in the text with the advisor and received attitude back and told "that's just your opinion". How is it my opinion when you can clearly hear the exact same problem I was having when I brought it in? I refuse to be treated like this by any dealership, especially an "upscale" one. Took the car in for oil change and check suspension. Had the car for 6 days. Would give 5 stars but oil reset was not done and oil sticker was still on the vehicle and tire pressure was not check light came on when I got home.
I’ve been having steering issues with my Cadillac XT5. I had the thermostat replaced about four years ago, but the message came back again, so I returned to the dealer to have the car checked. Matt assisted me during my visit, and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated his help and the quality of the service.
