Two months ago one of my neighbors hit my parked ‘23 Stinger. There was damage to the fender, bumper, door and steering. The car was not operable so I had it towed to Master Auto body. The insurance recommended a few local shops but after calling around the receptionist at Master was the most knowledgeable and friendly. Total from start to finish was almost a month however certain parts were not available immediately but the shop kept me informed as the project progressed. The car was “finished” but there were 3-4 small areas that didn’t meet my meticulous eye. Angie and Dennis the owners were quick to respond and told me to bring the car back to review and correct the issues. At their expense they provided a rental to make me 100% satisfied. We have used Master Auto Body in the past so when my daughter got into her accident, I felt comfortable knowing where to get it repaired. Pasquale was very personable and attentive to my daughter and husband when they arrived. Pasquale reassured them that he will try his best to get the car repaired as soon as possible. There was almost a possibility of it getting totaled and Pasquale was helpful and supportive while providing information about what could happen next. The car was able to be repaired and it was done within a week. We are very happy with the professionalism and quality of care that was taken from the moment they walked in and the care that was shown from Pasquale and the Master Auto Body Team!!

This is one of the most honest and reliable body shops I have ever experienced in Florida. I’m a woman who lives alone and I get very anxious when I have issues with my car because I’ve been scammed and lied to so many times.
