I had a rock break my windshield Wednesday this week on the way to work.. I pulled into Master Glass on my way to work. Within five minutes I had an approval And an appointment for Friday am. Dropped it at 8:30 Friday morning. By 11 I had received a call that it was all done!! And WOW. Nothing was out of place. This was done perfectly. I have to thank Manny at Manny's auto for the referral. But I really have to thank Luciana And the entire group at Master for being THE BAR in the industry. You have earned my future business And references.

I can't say enough amazing things about the customer service and care of Master Auto Glass, especially Luciana. I was driving on 93 South and a bolt came out of no where and went through my windshield. While still very shaken (crying) I called Master Auto Glass, and Luciana answered, I told her what happened and that we had our first family trip the next day. She did magic and got me in even though they were fully booked and booking for next week. It meant a lot to not only have great work done on the car but to have people who truly care about others. Thank you Master Auto Glass!

Excellent customer service from the office manager to the techs/owner. I made a last minute switch from a large chain company to Master Glass and so glad I did. They made everything easy. I got my parts delivered the same morning, they squeezed me in around their busy schedule and had a great attitude all around. Thank you!

My windshield got shattered on a Sunday. I called all those so called "same day" companies you see commercials for. They all told me the earliest appointment would be a week away. I finally called my mechanic who referred me to Master glass. They were extremely courteous and helpful. Luciana was a delight to talk to. Fixed my windshield the same day. I am exceedingly happy with the service I received. Would highly recommend.

A bit overdue, but I can confirm all the glowing reviews are true. I had my sunroof replaced at Master Auto Glass earlier this year and couldn’t have had a better experience. After another local shop showed little interest in my business, I did some more research and am so glad I found Master Glass. They promptly and expertly handled the repair. Additionally, Luciana was fantastic; she handled a complicated State Farm claim from start to finish and even secured a zero deductible when I was originally quoted $500. Truly above and beyond service. Highly recommend!
