On our way to Utah we had a light come on in our car. Doug was able to see us right away, and was very honest and fair. He helped us identify the problem and get back on the road asap. Very grateful for his kindness and help and would highly recommend!

My young family and I were driving through when our "check charge system" light came on. We were hours from home and it was later in the day on a Friday. We called around to multiple different autoshops but no one would take us since it was later in the day. But we found and called Master AutoTech and they said that they would see us. We had to back track a bit but it was extremely worth it. Doug and Kirkland were professional and understanding of our situation. If they couldn't help us, then my wife, our 3 young kids and I would have been stranded hours away from home and over the weekend. I went in as a walk-in pretty much. He worked me in to fix my muffler that had just fallen off my car on my way to work. Im a single mom living on a budget. He looked at it and because he was honest, I saved $1500 , by him cutting and welding, making a part to save the old one. Ive lived in Burley most of my life, and was looking for a new mechanic that was somewhat trustworthy. Im so very grateful I found one.

The starter motor on my 99 Ford diesel truck decided to die in Burley, ID. Doug and the crew at Master Auto Tech really stepped up and helped me out of a jam. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the starter that afternoon. Professional and nice, highly recommended!
