1595 W 7800 S West Jordan Location - 2/16/2026 I called early Monday morning, 7am, and spoke to a way too perky for a Monday morning Gordon. With all of my extensive auto repair knowledge, explained what I thought the issues was. Gordon told me to bring the car in and they would take a look. Follow up summary of work call from Gordon was thorough, same day repair. Later on in the day I was contacted about a delay with a transfer part, repair would not be done until the following day. No big inconvenience for me, communication about the time set back was prompt. I appreciate the great customer service. Very happy with the work, new exhaust installation looks very clean. Went for an inspection and alignment. They charged me for both, then told me they couldn’t perform the alignment after already billing half the cost. The next day, Honda Murray completed the alignment without issue. Their inspection also caught items like the serpentine belt and brake fluid that were never mentioned. When I returned to resolve it, the staff and manager were rude and unhelpful. I left feeling taken advantage of and disappointed. I won’t be coming back. Stick with shops that feel transparent and trustworthy. Update: After I posted my original review, the manager reached out to me directly, listened to my concerns, and reimbursed me for the alignment. $400 just to get new sway bar links. And I brought my own parts. They offered to change my front brake pads for $500. Not including rotors. This place is a ripoff don't bring your vehicle here.

Gordon, Rudy, and team are awesome! I came in here via referral after Discount Tire found some issues when they were switching out my tires with some of the studs/lugs and Master AutoTech got me in right away and quickly diagnosed the issue was actual with the whole wheel bearing. They handled the whole claim process to get it covered for me, plus were able to get my tires swapped on the same visit. Overall went above and beyond and customer service was excellent with clear explanations of the repair necessary.

They made it right. Gordon helped me out! Came in chasing some type of abnormal exhaust sound, I thought it was the stock muffler, they were honest with me that they weren’t totally sure it was the muffler that’s causing the sound, but I was eager to replace it anyways to find out. They installed a straight through muffler for me, it did not fix the problem-sound I had but the new muffler sounded good, but I had a problem with the way it got installed, so they set me up with a larger better muffler and the install went great, and now I have performance gains and a great muffler sound anyways!
