It’s a garbage company! I purchased a car from him 2 months ago. I had to put the car in the shop to get repaired already. It’s going to cost me $4500 to fix the engine. I purchased the car warranty that the owner recommended. The owner told me it would cover “ALL” repairs. The warranty company not paying for 1 repair from the shock plugs, to the engine to the fuel injector. The owner lied about doing an oil change. I had to get an oil change after having the car for 1 month. It’s sad how garbage companies like Master Car stay in business. I’m going to report him to the attorney general and better business bureau

should be 0 stars for this clown. bought a car from “ed” 1 week after purchase i took it for a nys inspection and it didn’t even pass because of a cel that’s doesn’t display on the dash which is believed to have been removed prior to the sale, obd port doesn’t lie! 6 weeks after purchase the engine seized. that “warranty” he sold me didn’t cover any of it because he intentionally delayed work on my car until it expired. the engine fault happened well within it and the parts were indeed covered and of course my car wasn’t fixed until october, over 4 months i waited with little to no communication. the “rebuilt engine” was spray painted 😂 to appear to be new and there was exposed wiring that melted to parts of the engine bay. after back in ny with it i took it for an inspection by a local tr

I bought a 2014 X5 from there a month ago. Eduard seems an honest & responsible guy and also I found him friendly. He handled everything registration, plates etc. Of course car had problem the next day when I drove home, communication with him was good, car's thermostat and gas cap was bad, he fixed the both issue in timely manner. I have all good things to say about him. I know it doesn't look like a dealer, it looks more like a garage but i think that is how you get good deal in price. I love the car so far and price was very reasonably after negotiations. I will definitely buy from him again. Thank you Eduard !
