We have been in need of a new awning for our camper for a couple of years. I contacted two local RV dealers to get a quote and was basically ghosted by both. My awning failed, would not come in while camping. With recommendation from the Park Mgr I contacted Jim, he answered first call. He came right out to diagnose the problem.
