Alex and his team were amazing! I reached out extremely late on a Saturday and was contacted bright and early on a Sunday. Very responsive. I was quoted an estimate that was not a penny over once seen in person. What we discussed is the work that was done! My car was ready in the amount of time he said it would be even with the Thanksgiving holiday. The work done is impeccable, my car doesn’t look like it was in an accident at all. Customer for life now.

Do not use this company for any reason. The employee just snapped my daughter's convertible top, admitted to doing it, and blamed her for coming in to troubleshoot an issue. You don't cause damage that didn't exist to troubleshoot an issue. This is formal notice that repairs for the damage caused by your employee are expected. Also, the man is very unprofessional, yelling at a 19 year old female like a coward and had the audacity to yell at me when I called. Edit after response: you did not have authorization to cause $2,500 in damages. You're lying. You tried to get her to sign the authorization of the diagnosis after you damaged the car. Nowhere did your paperwork you tried to get her to sign say you'd make repairs on the damages you've caused and I've attached the photo of what you trie
