They had a difficult task to get me going. Like professionals they did their best. With parts being shipped and hard to get delivered. They had a employee who volunteered to get the part as they were making a personal time off trip. They stopped in route and picked it up to save a extra day to arrive at shop. That is outstanding customer service. The repairs were done and no problems. Great job. Customer service is rare today. Thank you Master Tech.

I've been going here for two years since the Dodge House on Lovington hwy gave me a bad part and wouldn't replace it in my truck without doing a diagnostic test and charge me more for that than the original work cost me! Ever since I moved my business here I've been more than happy! Recently a very bad predicament came up. It was told to me my vehicle, that is worth about 2000.$ was going to need about 700.$ of work. Reluctantly, after a time I said ok. It doesn't fix the problem and after paying it broke down. So they came and got the truck and tried again. This time they put a part on it that I suggested. It didn't fix it. Then I took it to them and they did more work and replaced a part and while on the way to take the repairman home it broke down again! Then they got it going again and

Our alternator quit working about an hour outside of Hobbs. We were fully loaded with a trailer after selling a home. It was Friday at lunchtime! The Ford place wouldn’t take us and sent us here. What luck! Jessie Cox put a new alternator in and we were back on the road by 2:30! If I lived here this would be my regular repair shop. Thanks, guys!

Just expensive part chasers and they charge you for the most expensive part after they double the price not including labor so if the part is $500 they tell you the part was $1000

No respect for the customers vehicle. I had radiator replaced. Foot prints and mud on the painted part of my front bumper. Ripped out a splash guard and left it hanging by one pin. Truck was one gallon low on coolant when I got it back, bolt missing from upper fan shroud, air intake not reinstalled properly. They did however purchase a new splash guard for me and I reinstalled it myself in 3 min. They were not and will not touch my vehicle again.
