I found out through carfax that Master Tech had repaired my Jeep Grand Cherokee before I owned it. I called them on a Friday and they were able to trace the repair and part needed. They got me in first thing the following Monday. I dropped off the vehicle first thing in the morning and it’s was finished being repaired by 1:30 pm. The vibe of the shop is friendly. It’s a very clean shop and the work they did was thorough and efficient. They did the work they said they would for the price they originally quoted. No hidden fees, no upcharges. . Also I want to note that three other shops I went to didn’t want to work on the Jeep as they said my aftermarket lift kit made them unsure of exactly what part I needed. Not Master Tech. The best mechanic I have ever had work on my vehicles. Always very educational in their diagnosis and repair. Very honest and up front with their cost. Friendly people who always put their hardest effort to make customers happy and do things right. They have worked on all three of my Vehicles and impressed and smiling every time I leave them.

I had an electrical shutdown while driving, called a bunch of shops and no one seemed to have the equipment or time to fix my truck. I stumbled upon these guys on Google search, I hate trusting my truck to service shops because they're usually crooked..BUT man am I glad I took a chance on Master Tech! Super knowledgeable and very friendly, they absolutely know what they're doing and they aren't at all pushy about the work! I took my beloved truck in Christmas week(sorry guys) and despite holiday hours they knocked out the repair with a quickness! Every one I talked with there was awesome, but unfortunately for them I only remember awesome John haha. Thanks again guys!

My car has been sounding like an airplane taking off. I couldn’t take it anymore. I reached out to Master Tech and they had me bring it in. I dropped it off around 3:30 on a Monday. By 6pm I already had a quote. Was not expecting them to get to it on short notice and a holiday week! John was great. Car was ready Wednesday morning and it is running so quietly now!
