Well where do I start? Was it the fast and friendly service from Fred at the counter? Was it Brook the tech for taking the time and showing me the issues and solutions to get my truck back to me so I could finish my long haul home to Canada? You know what it was that and so much more. As a mechanic myself and being over 1200 miles from home with no idea who to trust with my pride and joy truck. This shop was amazing the people were amazing.. 1000% would suggest them to anyone and everyone. My truck feels amazing and hauls like a dream those west Virginia mountains ain't got nothing on my girl now. Thank you so much feed and Brook. Keep up the great work.

I was traveling through the area. My check engine light came on. This garage came highly recommended by the locals. They didn’t disappoint. They quickly fit me in. I felt confident with their assessment, and abilities. They were fast, and efficient. I was able to travel on, without stress. My only regret is, they are too far away from me, to be my new garage!! I would definitely recommend them.

Thankful to wind up at Master Tech! We broke down in Walterboro and had several businesses recommend them to us to work on our f250 diesel. They put us in contact with a towing company and within an hour our truck was towed to them. Fred offered to take us to Edisto on her way home. Can you believe that? She ended up taking us to get a rental car and off we went. Knowing that we needed the truck they diagnosed and repaired it in one day. Fast, courteous, no bull, just great service. Will use them for all of our vehicle service in the future. Thank you Fred.

I had broke down on the I-95 going North in South Carolina during traffic on a Friday. Had my van towed to the closest town being Walterboro and had it dropped off at the shop. I was stressed about having to wait a whole week to get it fixed but once i talked to the shop on Monday they told me they could hopefully have it done by Wednesday before the 4th of July. Everyone at the shop was super nice and understanding! Miss Fred gave me a ride to a rental car place and waited for me while i talked to the desk and after the rental didn’t work drove me back to my hotel! She was super nice and helpful and always made sure to keep me updated! Master Tech saved my vacation and they were outstanding! We were driving from Va to Fl when we had an issue. It was late in the day and we were lucky to find Master Tech. My Honda Odyssey has an issue with the spark plugs. They did not have the plugs and drove to get new ones for us. They made the fix and we were back on the road within a couple of hours. While we waited, they were kind and accommodating. The 1 star reviews look personal to me and do not reflect what my family experiences. They were great and I can’t thank them enough for saving our vacation.
