Master Tech Transmissions

They're Honest. Their tech slipped and accidentally broke something that wouldn't have been discoverable with the transmission installed. They called me to tell me what happened and asked if they could keep the car one more day to fix it, at no cost. They also offered to put the transmission in and do the work for free when it was convenient for us.

Stay away, stay far away! Very dishonest people, here. Took my truck in for basic maintenance and left with an outrageous bill! ( should've shopped around, but was recommended to go here. Never again! ) NOT TO MENTION: They will disable sensors in order to get you to bring it back for further work. Also, local parts stores absolutely despise the woman in charge here. I've heard stories from local auto parts stores that hate having to deal with her based on how she treats them. Dishonest, mean spirited CROOKS here. Do not take your vehicle here!!

I just recently had to buy a new vehicle because my truck went to Ford heaven. But my family (brother, mother, and myself) have been taking our vehicles to this shop for over 10 years! These guys are great at what they do. They're honest, more than fair priced, friendly, and just overall great people to do business with! I used them twice in the past 2 years (suspension problem and air conditioning) and always felt that the work was amazing! I literally recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of work done.

They evaluated our car and made recommendations. We had 2 issues: Slow communication about the progress. The arm rest and inside door panel were greasy. It was shocking but thankfully the grease came off with some scrubbing. We would use them again.

Dishonest and incompetent service. Had them perform about $2,000 worth of Maintenance and AC repairs on my F150. Received my truck back with a missing bolt on top of engine. AC worked fine for a couple weeks and then failed again. Took it back to them they told me the freon is leaking, compressor failed and quoted over $1200. I coudn't believe it. Took it to a reputable shop and they found NO issues with compressor. It was an electrical component that was replaced the same day. My AC has been working fine ever since. Master Tech: Please stop experimenting/training yourselves on peoples vehicles and charging them for it. When you make a mistake, don't try to hide it with dishonesty. Take responsibility for your work.
