Master-Tech

I rarely write reviews but this was something that was to blatant. Unfortunately We will never return for services for any of our vehicles with master-tech. They returned our vehicle without completing anything that we paid for. I found our Brake fluid low, our air filter dirty, our master brake cylinder cap was off and loosely under the hood, the windshield wiper fluid was low, our radiator fluid was low and they said they check the cabin filter but I found that it too was not checked and dirty with debris. They allowed my wife to pay for the service and drive away as if it was completed. Regardless of what excuse they gave my wife for their failure to do it correctly and lie to her that it was done, they still did not offer a refund or discount. Worst service ever after a decade of gong

Wasted my time. Had a confirmed appointment yesterday, drove 40 minutes, and arrived to find the store closed with no notice. Saw people inside but no response.

I can’t say enough about these people! They are wonderful and honest, the bend over backwards to help you and you cannot go wrong using these people I highly recommend them best automotive repair shop in Woodland, they will be getting all my work from here on out Thank You!

I absolutely love Master Tech and trust them with my 2014 Mazda. I’ve had my car serviced three or four times now; every experience has been relatively quick and pleasant. I see reviews on here making comments about the front desk staff. In my opinion, they are super, kind, and thoughtful. I’ve only seen them get a little ruffled when people approach the counter with an attitude or when they (the customer) don’t answer BASIC questions effectively. In any case, I’ve lived in Woodland for about a year and a half now. I would send any visitors or transplants to Master Tech with great confidence they will receive top notch service.

I sent my SUV in for spark plugs and coils to be replaced. They got the job done and started the SUV and it seems to be running good. I drove half way home and I got over heated. Smokes coming from the front. I stop immediately and pulled over. Poped the hood and saw the heater valve was broken and all the coolant was gone. Now my SUV is in another shop for engine rebuild. It is possible that the broken heater valve was caused by the mechanic. What I should have done was to throughly check everything and run it to temperature and make sure no fluids leaking before I took off.
