I was in a traumatic 12 car pile up. So grateful the county selected Master Towing to pick up and store our vehicles. They made a difficult situation so much easier. Their staff were kind and helpful in locating my car. They did not charge me to retrieve my items from the totaled vehicle. And they were ready to let me into the yard at the allotted time. Sometimes after an accident the hardest part is dealing with the tow yard. Thank you Gino for making this experience the best part of a difficult situation.

Waites 2 hours for Pickup and then it was delivered to the wrong lovation! Then I wasn’t even offered a discount or a free tow! Used my insurance xompany and rhey vonnected me to this business. They delivered my vehicle to another business although I changed the address and communicated with my insurance company the correct address to deliver my vehicle to which would’ve been my house, they ended up delivering my vehicle to a repair shop and I never found out until I called the repair shop. Smh

My experience with Masters Towing was excellent. The gentlemen I spoke with were helpful and professional. I felt they went above and beyond to help me and were a pleasure to work with. They kept me informed and communicated well, I would definitely recommend this business, plus they are very affordable.

Talk about old school professionalism! From the first call to the delivery of my car at the shop.. I was treated with respect and honesty. Manny was on time, patient, and friendly. Daniel lessened my anxiety about the whole ordeal. I will not use any other tow company then this one here. Thanks so much!
