Great customer service and very knowledgeable of what was needed. Every one we dealt with was very kind and helpful. We had a Tune Up on our 2016 Chrysler Town and Country Van. Since then it's ran with better acceleration and gas mileage. Price was better than other quotes!! While doing the tune up, they noticed a crack in the oil filter canister, which was plastic (OME- original manufacturers equipment). We were very grateful they brought this to our attention, while traveling this could have caused serious problems. They replaced it with a metal canister, also taking more time (without charging us extra) to ensure the engine would not over heat and the oil pressure was correct. We would recommend them to everyone for the quality of work and how they went above and beyond!

So I got my c v joint fixed Thursday and today I go to big o asking about the noise still after master tunes replaced it. I was told they didn’t put my bolts on my tire correctly that they hand twisted them they were supposed to be 89 pressure now my tire is messed up the bolts are trying to go threw and I get this told to me by the big o shop after master tune says you probably need a new rotor instead of saying bring it in and we’ll see if it’s the rotor. I paid 175 on Tuesday for them to tel me I brang the wrong part which they had already taken off my part costed me 320 dollars yesterday to find out I need a new rim because they didn’t tighten my bolts correctly my tire was wobbling offfffffff now I’m out 500 for them to mess up my rim are you serious poor quality for so much how do

Went to Master tune auto service.Had my brakes repaired and they were very professional, did a great job on the brakes, and have a very clean shop. Their price was great, and they got it done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them if your are in need of vehicle repair.

Team was honest, took care of the problem, and didn't overcharge me like they could have. They found the problem, worked through a brand new bad part, and replaced the bad part without charging me for hours of diagnostic time they could have trying to figure out what was wrong after the brand new bad part bad part was installed. Highly recommend
