I am submitting this statement regarding [MASTER CARS NEWTON and MASTER USED CARS they are the same dealership and are trying to change their name in Boston. My experience with this dealership was extremely negative. They sold me a vehicle with pre-existing mechanical problems that were not disclosed. It was a Camry 2010 After the purchase, I discovered multiple issues that should have been addressed or revealed before the sale. Throughout my interactions, the staff was uncooperative and dismissive when I tried to resolve these problems. They attempted to avoid responsibility and misled me about the condition of the car. I believe their practices are dishonest and misleading, and they appear to be intentionally selling vehicles with problems to unsuspecting buyers. This experience caused m

Bought a Camry SE 2014 from him. We asked about the condition multiple times, and he didn't mention anything wrong with the car. When we kept asking about the cracks in the front bumper, he finally said it was in a minor accident, which turns out to be two of them on carfax. The car needed brakes, rotors all around, and front stabilizers. When we asked about why the turn signals were out, he said because they didn't change the bulb when they went out, but it turns out that they used the wrong cheap headlights and we needed to get new compatible ones. Also, we asked if the tire light was on just due to pressure, and he said yes, well apparently he took the tpms out. The touch screen is also not working. The front bumper turns to be held with zip ties when we were exchanging the headlights.

I recently had an issue with my vehicle after purchasing it, but they handled everything incredibly well. They took my concern seriously and immediately worked to resolve the problem and made sure I was completely satisfied with the solution. I’m truly impressed with their commitment to customer care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for not only a great car but also reliable support after the sale.

I recently bought a car here, and was lied to about its condition. Before purchasing, I asked if it could use any repairs and was told no. Now that I’ve gotten an inspection done, the suspension, battery and ac need to be fully replaced, and the transmission needs work done. The total for these repairs is much higher than what I paid for the car, and Master Cars has refused to help with these costs.

A bunch of scammers that lie about car condition and try to rip you off. I had a couple of thousands in hidden broken or stolen parts from the car they sold me, and now I am realizing the transmission is bad which will add many thousands in repairs. The amount of lies they said is beyond me. Stay away from them.
