Mastercraft Auto Body

James was my estimator super nice and professional! Mastercraft autobody shop was my 2nd place for an estimate on my car. Prices were very reasonable! Even thou it was very minimal damage I was not too happy about why my car was hit by someone I know- James offered 3 different estimates since it was going to be out of pocket...one of the options was to replace the specific car part that was damaged on front bumper...which I never offered at the other autobody shop. Now my car looks so much amazingly better!!! Thank you for all the service and will definitely recommend to others!!! No doubt!!! I did not get updates but it was done as expected thank you to everyone!!!

Mastercraft did an excellent job repairing my vehicle, frequently informed me of repair progress by text and email, and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. Its service advisors were courteous, professional and well informed. I repose total confidence in their services and highly recommend them.

I was in an accident last Wednesday, by Thursday. I was able to select them for my repair. They got right on the job. Enterprise brought a rental car to the shop. Everything was very convenient. The following week, on Wednesday my car was ready for pickup! She looks good and she was nice and clean. Thank you Mastercraft for a job well done!!

An individual left a note regret for striking my vehicle. While the damage was not severe, my backup light stopped functioning. I visited Mastercraft Auto Body for an inspection. The technicians, after a brief examination, informed me that the issue was loose connection and the bulb was out. They promptly replaced the bulb at no additional cost. I extend my sincere gratitude for their assistance to everyone in the shop.

My insurance company set me up with Mastercraft after a recent car accident and they were amazing through the entire process, I truly cannot say enough good things. From calling me first thing when they opened the Monday after my accident, to getting me in for an estimate same day, to consistent and timely updates as we waited for parts over the holidays, to coordinating with Enterprise car rental to shuttle me to get a rental car after I dropped my car off and having Enterprise pick up my rental car straight from their facility, I don’t have a single complaint. Every person I spoke to through my entire process was kind and helpful, which meant a lot to me given the stressful situation already. I had full trust in them and the repairs turned out great and they got them done a week ahead of
