Very disappointing experience with Mastermind Automotive Repair. I brought my car to Mastermind Automotive Repair for what was supposed to be a straightforward repair — replacing worn suspension components after hearing knocking noises. From the beginning, the pricing already felt high, but I was told they “only use quality parts,” so I agreed, expecting professional work and reliable components. I was charged an extremely high price for the repair, well above what other shops quoted. However, within less than two weeks, the same noises returned, and the car actually started driving worse than before. My car needed brakes ASAP! No joke no lie. It was so bad it sounded like metal on metal whenever I had to use the brakes. Called the day of and they were able to service me and get it done. Literally so nice and very helpful. The price was good and not expensive. Sometimes it’s hard finding a good mechanic when you’re a woman because many places will try to get over on you and make you pay an outrageous place because they assume you don’t know anything. Mastermind did the exact opposite and treated me very fairly. Love them and can’t wait to come back for another service!!

Quick quality service. Got my brakes changed with them and they feel better than the originals. Take time to explain and care about their customer. Prices are good, I come here for all my regular maintenance now.

Great service. I stopped here to get my vehicle checked out after I started hearing a noise while driving on the Garden State Parkway. Within a couple of hours my vehicle was properly diagnosed and fixed and it never felt better. I am extremely satisfied and i urge everyone to check this place out for any automotive needs. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Unlike other shops i called before going there that told me i needed an appointment to get it checked out .
