I would say worst customer service over a phone call I have ever experienced!!! Answered the phone sounding like it's the worst day of his life then starts asking personal questions about how I'm handling the damage after I already explained I'd be paying cash for the repair but he just had to talk over me to make sure I understood he "does not do any repairs that deal with court." " he does not deal with court." Ok dude and thanks for hanging up on me......

My door was badly bent, and I was in a state of shock after the incident. I pulled into Master's Body Works, and they helped me right away. I had my sleeping toddler in the backseat, and they were so understanding and kind. The door wouldn't close at all, but by the time I drove away, it was like the damage had never even happened. A complete blessing, and I'm so grateful for their quick and professional help. I highly recommend them!

I love their work and will recommend anyone to get your body work done with Masters! I was amazed at the repairs done and the extras I was not expecting, it was totally worth the wait and I know who I'll go to them for future body work for my car, so should you!
